A note from the founder
Over a 38-year career I've founded and grown multiple multi-million dollar businesses, in more than one industry. Every one of them needed clean books, and along the way I hired a lot of bookkeepers and accountants — so I learned, as a customer, the difference between a firm that files your paperwork and a firm that actually takes the worry off your plate.
Most small business owners I meet are living with the first kind. Their books run months behind. Their bookkeeper and their tax preparer have never spoken to each other. They find out what they owe in April, when it's too late to do anything about it. Nobody's doing anything wrong, exactly — but nobody's watching the whole picture either.
I built Profit Solutions to be the second kind of firm — and after building companies in other industries, this is the one I run day to day. We keep your books current every month. The same team that keeps them prepares your taxes, so nothing falls in the gap. And when you call, you get a person — usually me.

Bookkeeping is done every month on a schedule, and your financial statements arrive on time. Tax planning happens during the year, when there's still time to act.

Every engagement starts with a plain-English engagement letter that says exactly what we do, what it costs, and how to reach us. No surprises on the invoice.
Your data, protected
Client records are handled under written confidentiality standards, and sensitive information is shared only as needed to do the work and as the law requires. Details are in our engagement letter and privacy policy.
Virtual where it helps, local where it counts
We meet by phone or video when that's easier for you, and we're a Florida firm with a Florida owner — not a call center. Most clients never need to visit an office, but you'll always know exactly who has your books.
